How long does it take to see results?+
Employees see their first behavioural insights within 7 days. By day 28, a comprehensive communication profile is complete. Organisational trends become visible within the first month.
Do employees have to change how they work?+
No. Solas analyses existing communication patterns passively. There’s nothing to install, no forms to fill in, and no additional admin burden.
What if employees don’t want to participate?+
Solas was co-designed with employees. Participation is typically high because the product gives employees something valuable — their own development data. Non-participation is never visible to the organisation.
How does the AI coaching work?+
Your AI coach offers reflection prompts and development suggestions based on your real communication patterns. Conversations with the coach are ephemeral and never logged. It’s grounded in evidence-based coaching methodology, not generic AI prompts.
